Apparently though, none of these was actually the driver for my system's built-in audio as my audio does not work, there are no audio devices installed in my Device Manager. I ran Boot Camp on my Windows system once I had it up and running, and it installed a large number of drivers, including several audio drivers.
I installed Windows XP on it through Boot Camp. I have a brand new MacBook Pro, I just got a few days ago.
